Types of CBRAR Memberships
MLS Only Membership includes use of the CBRAR MLS System only and are not members of the CBRAR Association.
Quarterly payment to CBRAR Property Services for use of the CBRAR MLS System. MLS Only members do not have any other benefit with CBRAR except for use of the MLS service.
Primary Association Membership with MLS includes:
- Can attend CBRAR association events such as General Membership Meetings, Awards/Honor Society Banquet, Installation of Officers Events, Education Events, Social Events.
- Can serve on the CBRAR Board of Directors (Association)
- Can serve on the CBRAR Property Services Board (MLS)
- Can serve on Committees
Primary Association Members with MLS Service pay annual dues to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Virginia Association of REALTOR® (VR) and Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS®. They also pay quarterly MLS fees.
Primary Association Membership without MLS includes:
- Can attend CBRAR association events such as General Membership Meetings, Awards/Honor Society Banquet, Installation of Officers Events, Education Events, Social Events.
- Can serve on the CBRAR Board of Directors (Association)
- Can serve on the CBRAR Property Services Board (MLS)
- Can serve on Committees
- Primary Association Members without MLS Service pay annual dues to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Virginia Association of REALTOR® (VR) and Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS®.
- They must provide an MLS Waiver
Secondary Association Membership with MLS includes:
- Can attend CBRAR association events such as General Membership Meetings, Awards/Honor Society Banquet, Installation of Officers Events, Education Events, Social Events.
- Can serve on the CBRAR Board of Directors (Association)
- Can serve on the CBRAR Property Services Board (MLS)
- Can serve on Committees
Secondary Association Members with MLS Service pays annual secondary dues to Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS®. They also pay quarterly MLS fees.
Secondary Association Membership without MLS includes:
- Can attend CBRAR association events such as General Membership Meetings, Awards/Honor Society Banquet, Installation of Officers Events, Education Events, Social Events.
- Can serve on the CBRAR Board of Directors (Association)
- Can serve on the CBRAR Property Services Board (MLS)
- Can serve on Committees
Secondary Association Members without MLS Service pays annual secondary dues to Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS®.
Appraiser Association Membership with MLS includes:
- Can attend CBRAR association events such as General Membership Meetings, Awards/Honor Society Banquet, Installation of Officers Events, Education Events, Social Events.
- Can serve on some CBRAR Committees
Appraiser Association Members with MLS Service pays annual dues to Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS®. They also pay quarterly MLS fees.
Affiliate Association Membership includes:
- Can attend CBRAR association events such as General Membership Meetings, Awards/Honor Society Banquet, Installation of Officers Events, Education Events, Social Events.
- Can serve on some CBRAR Committees
- Has sponsorship opportunities
Affiliate Association Members pays annual dues to Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS®.
