Association Forms

CBRAR Form 100-AgentAdd/Status Change for Association and/or MLS Membership

Use this form for Adding, Deleting, and Transferring an agent in or out of your office.

CBRAR Form 125-Designated Broker Change Form

Use this form to notify CBRAR of a new Broker for a firm. Please complete and submit this form along with an Add form and membership application or a letter of good standing from broker’s primary association.

CBRAR Form 150-Non-Member Salesperson Information Form

A Non-Member salesperson is a licensed salesperson or licensed or certified appraiser employed by or affiliated with a REALTOR® firm who does not elect to be a REALTOR®. Such salespersons are not Members of VAR or NAR and are not entitled to receive any direct services from these organizations. Under the dues formula, the Designated REALTOR® firm’s principal partner, corporate officer or branch managers must pay an amount equivalent to the REALTOR® dues times each affiliated Non-Member, including newly affiliated Non-Member salespersons. The Designated REALTOR® Broker for each office is required to report to the association the total number of Non-Member Salespersons associated with their office.

KEY-Lockbox Forms

CBRAR Form 300-Broker to Broker MLS Lockbox Transfer

Lockboxes are owned by CBRAR and are loaned to the broker. To keep inventory costs down, listings transferred to another company must also transfer the CBRAR lockboxes assigned to the listings.

CBRAR FORM 325-MLS MLS Supra Lockbox Request Form- Broker

Use this form to request additional lockboxes.

CBRAR Form 350-Cooperating Key Form

CBRAR Members use this form to cooperate a key from a different MLS/Association to work with CBRAR lockboxes.

MLS Forms

CBRARMLS Form 200- Agent Add/Status Change for Association and/or MLS Membership

Use this form for Adding, Deleting, and Transferring an agent in or out of your office.

CBRARMLS form 225- Designated Broker Change Form

Use this form to notify CBRAR of a new Broker for a firm. Please complete and submit this form along with an Add form and membership application or a letter of good standing from broker’s primary association.

CBRARMLS FORM 210-Listing Status Report Form

Status change form for agent use if office does not have their own form. Extend listing, price change, release listing, temporarily withdraw listing, pend listing, etc.

CBRARMLS FORM 215-Office Exclusive Form

Used for listing agreements in which the seller has instructed that the listing may only be marketed within the broker's firm. The listing will not be entered into the MLS and cannot be marketed publicly.

CBRARMLS FORM 220-Owners Listing Authorization Form

Owner(s) authorization to temporarily exclude listing from the MLS. Use of this form will provide notice to the MLS if the listing will be excluded from the MLS beyond the allowed three days required for listing submission.

CBRARMLS FORM 230-REIN Coming Soon Pre-Marketing Addendum

Use this Addendum only for property entered as “coming soon” in CBRAR MLS. Please see CBRAR MLS Rules and Regulations Section 5.1.2 for Coming Soon Status Terms and Conditions of Use.

CBRARMLS FORM 240-Support Staff Add/Delete Form

Use this form to add or delete office staff and personal assistants.

CBRARMLS FORM 235-VAR Coming Soon Pre-Marketing Addendum

Use this Addendum only for property entered as “coming soon” in CBRAR MLS. Please see CBRAR MLS Rules and Regulations Section 5.1.2 for Coming Soon Status Terms and Conditions of Use.

CBRARMLS FORM 245-MLS Waive Form

Use this form to waive agents from the CBRAR MLS. Agent must be a member of another MLS in order to be able to waiver the CBRAR MLS.
