Board of Directors

 

The Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS®’s (CBRAR) Board is elected while CBRAR Property Services, Inc. (MLS) Board is appointed by the CBRAR Board.

Requirements:

  • Must be a primary or secondary member of CBRAR.
  • Must be in good Standing.
  • No more than two REALTORS® can serve from one firm.
  • Recommended Three (3) years’ experience as an active REALTOR®.
  • Recommended at least one (1) year prior committee experience for a Director position.
  • Recommended at least one (1) year board experience for an Officer position.

Committees

 

Our Committees are the workforce of our Association. They help set up and arrange many functions within the organization.

We are always looking for members who would be willing to share their time and knowledge by participating on a committee.

This is a great way to participate and learn more about the leadership roles within the organization.

  • Must be in good Standing.
